In order to park your car you have to send an email to rbaranski@uni-koeln.de at least three days before arrival to get a parking permit which has to be printed out by yourself and to be displayed in your car. Take the underground line 16 or 18 to the stop “Neumarkt”. Connect with tram no. 9 in the direction of “Sülz” and exit at the stop “Dasselstr./Bf Süd”. The Biocenter is located on your left in the direction of travel, just behind the car park barrier. Ticket machines are located on the platforms as well as in the trains. Buy a ticket "Price level 1b". The journey takes about 20 minutes. A taxi ride from Central Station to the Biocenter costs about 13 euros. If your train with German Railways (Deutsche Bahn) stops at Köln-Süd, you do not have to get off at Cologne Central Station but you can go directly to Köln-Süd (you do not have to buy another ticket) and take the exit "Zulpicher Strasse". Upon exiting, turn left. After about 200 meters you turn left at the car park barrier and proceed to building 304.
